REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Modern Foil does not accept returns or refunds. Exchanges are accepted on unused and unopened items only, within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate an exchange:

Once received and inspected, a store credit will be issued for the original amount, minus shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for all shipping fees related to exchanges.
Please note that final sale and limited edition items are not eligible for exchange.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Include clear photos of the product and packaging to help us understand the issue.
While shipping damage is outside of our control once the order leaves our facility, our team will always do our best to make it right for our Modern Foil customers.
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard domestic shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after processing. Processing and shipping times may be extended during high-volume, new product launch days or promotional periods.
Modern Foil is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a tracking status shows “Delivered,” any discrepancies must be resolved directly with the carrier.
Please ensure that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer (including missing apartment or suite numbers), the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Your card provider may apply exchange rates or international transaction fees if ordering from outside the U.S.
Free Shipping Offer
We offer complimentary standard shipping on orders totaling $125 or more, after any discounts have been applied. This offer is valid for shipments within the United States only and excludes international orders. Orders must meet the $125 minimum subtotal before taxes and shipping to qualify. Free shipping is automatically applied as a discount at checkout when eligible, no code is required. Modern Foil reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time without notice.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders outside of the United States do not qualify for free shipping.
The buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country.
Customs charges are non-refundable, and Modern Foil cannot predict or influence these costs. If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, the original shipping charge and any return shipping fees will be deducted from any applicable refund or store credit.
To ensure smooth delivery:

Do not refuse a shipment or ignore carrier requests regarding import fees, as most carriers will only hold packages for five business days before returning them.
PRE-ORDERS
Payment for pre-order items is collected at the time of purchase.
Pre-orders may be cancelled prior to shipment for a full refund to the original payment method.
Modern Foil reserves the right to modify or cancel pre-orders at any time due to production changes, unforeseen delays, or inventory limitations.
WEBSITE & MARKETING ERRORS
Modern Foil reserves the right to cancel or adjust any order in the event of pricing errors, technical glitches, or inaccuracies in product listings or promotions.
ORDER CHANGES
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify shipping addresses, combine orders, or add/remove items. Please double-check all information before checkout.
