REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Modern Foil does not accept returns or refunds. Exchanges can be made on any unused and unopened items. In the event that an exchange is needed, the item will be shipped back in its original unopened packaging, and a refund will be issued back to the customer. Customer is responsible for facilitating the return of the item to be exchanged. 

PRE-ORDER
Customer will be charged for the item + shipping at time of placing the preorder.  Customer may cancel pre-order, up to the date of shipment, for a full refund in the form of original payment. Modern Foil reserves the right to cancel or change the terms of the pre-order for any or no reason.

FREE SHIPPING ON B BOARDS
Discount is applied automatically to B Board purchases within the continental U.S. If the order contains foil boxes, then shipping is automatically applied to the foil boxes only. 

SHIPPING
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and 5-7 business days for shipping within the continental US. International orders may take 3-4 weeks longer.

Modern Foil is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. If there are any discrepancies once the tracking number status states DELIVERED the customer must contact the carrier for further information.

For International orders, please be aware there may be additional fees for customs and duties that are not in our control. Modern Foil will not be responsible for any of these additional fees. 

DAMAGED GOODS
Please report any damage to your products within one week of delivery. If possible, please provide photos of the damage to help us better understand the situation. Although we cannot control shipping once it has left our hands, we will always do our best to make it right for our Modern Foil family. 

WEBSITE AND MARKETING ERROR
Modern Foil reserves the 
right to cancel or deny orders due to website mistakes such as, miscalculations, or glitches.
