Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Modern Foil Loyalty Program ("Program"). By enrolling and participating in this Program through our Shopify store at www.modernfoil.com, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Eligibility

The Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and have a registered customer account at www.modernfoil.com.
Participation is limited to individual users for personal, non-commercial use only.
No purchase is required to join.

2. Enrollment

Customers are automatically enrolled in the Program upon creating an account at www.modernfoil.com.
You must be logged in to your account to earn or redeem points.

3. How to Earn Points

You earn points when you make eligible purchases or complete specific actions as outlined on our Loyalty Program Page.
For example, you may earn:
- 1 point per $1 spent (excluding tax, shipping, and discounts)
- Bonus points for actions like signing up, referring a friend, or leaving a review.
Points are credited once an order is fulfilled and past the return window.

4. Redeeming Points

Points can be redeemed for discounts or special offers at checkout.
Redemption options and thresholds are displayed in your loyalty account dashboard.
Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.

5. Point Expiration

Points will expire 12 months after the date they were earned, unless redeemed.
Expired points cannot be recovered.

6. Program Rules

Only one loyalty account is allowed per customer.
Modern Foil reserves the right to verify account activity and disqualify any users suspected of abuse or fraudulent behavior.
Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.

7. Returns & Refunds

If you return a product or receive a refund, any points earned from that transaction will be deducted from your account.
If you used points on a returned order, the redeemed points may not be reinstated.

8. Program Changes & Termination

Modern Foil reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice.
Any changes to point values, redemption methods, or eligibility will be reflected on our website.

9. Limitation of Liability

Modern Foil is not responsible for technical issues, delays, or failures in the Program platform.
Participation in the Program is at your own risk. The Program is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind.

10. Privacy

Your participation in the Program is subject to our Privacy Policy.
By joining the Program, you agree that we may collect and use your data to manage your rewards, send notifications, and improve your shopping experience.
